Our service does not end after delivery of your facility. We want you to be able to walk or function well with your prosthesis or orthosis every day. We are therefore happy to resolve problems with your provision as quickly as possible, so that you can continue to do your normal daily activities. In addition, we have extra services such as the Movement Analysis and the Gait Training, which you as a customer receive extra from us.
When can I call or visit the orthopedic practitioner for service or aftercare? That is a question we regularly hear. That is why we immediately make a follow-up appointment with you after a visit. After a year you will in most cases be called up for aftercare. If something is wrong with the prosthesis or orthosis in the meantime, please call us.
